SanskaraPY is a non profit organisation creating a fair price platform for the artisans and artists from all over India. Sanskara-PY was started in 2002, by Alka Mittal and Pankhuri Agarwal, with the purpose of providing a wide platform to unknown artisans; and to provide free education to needy children. It tries to use the skill and expertise of the artisan and moulds it into contemporary forms and products of utility. Over the past years we have been utilising the talent of artists from: Our effort is to recognize and develop existing traditional art in a more utilitarian fashion, thereby providing artists a new approach to showcase their work, and to a larger audience.
